Monitoring for agencies, hosting providers and teams

Know what failed. Before someone calls.

Uptimo checks services from the outside and reads server metrics from the inside. When something shifts, location, cause, history and status page stay in one product.

Start with one monitor. Install the agent only where you actually need it.

One shared incident

Check

HTTP, ping, TCP, DNS and TLS from several locations.

Confirm

Repeated failures separate a blip from a real incident.

Alert

The message names the service and affected checking location.

Inform

The same state appears on your public status page.

One product, one picture

See the outage outside. Find the cause inside.

An HTTP check shows what customers experience. CPU, memory, disk and containers show what happens on the host. Uptimo keeps both in the same history, so you do not have to correlate three tools.

Built for many systems

A calm morning. Even with many customers.

Agencies and hosting teams need the broad answer first: is anything broken, whose is it and since when? Uptimo then leads from the affected monitor to the checking location and on to the server.

Check services from several places

One monitor can be checked from several countries. Every location measures independently and keeps its own incident.

Understand servers without opening a port

The agent sends CPU, memory, filesystems, network, GPUs, processes and optional Docker data outward. It needs no inbound connection.

FAQ

Questions that come up before the first monitor

Is Uptimo self-hosted?

No. Uptimo is a hosted service. You create monitors, install the agent where needed, and Uptimo operates the central checking locations.

Does the agent open a port?

No. The agent only creates outbound HTTPS connections. No inbound port is opened on the monitored server.

What is the difference between a check and the agent?

A check measures your service from the outside. The agent reads what CPU, memory, filesystems, network, processes, GPUs and optional Docker are doing inside the host.

When does a failure become an incident?

After several consecutive failures, so one brief error does not immediately trigger an alert.

Can I publish my own status page?

Yes. Status pages support a custom domain, uploaded logo, brand colour, components, incidents and maintenance.

Is Uptimo available in German?

Yes. Marketing, the application and public status pages are available in German and English.

The next incident will happen anyway. The question is who sees it first.

Create the first monitor, then connect exactly the servers whose cause you want to see when it matters.
